Charismatic Speaking Workshop

The Greek root of the word 'Kharisma' is 'a gift from the Divine'.
A charismatic personality is characterized by attractiveness and charm ~which is tantamount to the ability to influence other people.

We are all familiar with the oratory power of Martin Luther King, whose resonant voice lifted his inspirational speeches to unparalleled power, leaving not only a massive imprint on American history but an oral imprint on our national psyche which has not yet begun to wane.

Is 'The Gift' Teachable?

We contend that charisma can be learned to some degree. True, you may not become another Martin Luther King, but you can learn about the kind of energy required to become the most charismatic speaker you can be.

The First Part of the Workshop

Finding your passion...that state of intense caring and involvement you have with some favored aspect of Life. What do you care about with all your heart? What would you die for? Or whom? What would you change about the world if you had no limits whatsoever? What would you like to leave behind on planet Earth after you go? We engage you with a number of fun and creative techniques to feel your way into your number one passion. Once you know what that passion is, we give you techniques to liberate your biggest energy levels when speaking about it.

The Second Part of the Workshop

Giving a Speech on your passion to the group. (You write your beginning, your high point, and/or your ending in the workshop.) We use your original speeches as the raw material to teach you such tools and terms as: stakes, personalization, integrity of gesture, focus of the eyes, and working intuitively with images to liberate huge vocal energy.

This workshop is about helping you speak with boldness, resonance, vivality and conviction ~ accessing the big life force that you have inside you. All workshops are conducted in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere. That said ~ this one is no place for sissies!  You must be brave enough to play !!!!

We would like to hear from you.
